I've bought two bikes here and both experiences were easy and efficient. Bobby's very knowledgeable and helpful, but laid back and that's so nice to find in a salesman....Most recently I had my bike in for some service and Eddy and the service dept. were great. Not only did they fix the problem (this bike used I'd bought privately), but the tech found some sloppy wiring with some aftermarket items that needed attention and he corrected those also, when he didn't have to.... Impressive...thank you. Sure appreciate it.

My daughter in law had purchased a Can-Am 1000 Renegade from a dealership in Houston in Jan 2020. The brakes went out almost immediately, COVID happened, so they put them on the wait list and then refused to fix it under warranty. All I can say is that Altusmotor Sports is a rare breath of fresh air. I first had a Trigg Trike Kit installed by Altusmotor Sports because they are an authorized dealer. The whole process was like a dream, from Paul knowing exactly what he was doing to George bending over backwards to provide me with everything that I need to be assured that the job would be done right or not done at all. Then about a year later, I decided to sell the Trike by putting it on consignment with Atlusmotor Sports. No one would have the time to read all my praise for George, his staff, and all they did to get this sale done. The bike was beautiful and the price was a steal, but it is a difficult narrow market for Trikes. One opportunity after another came and went, but George never gave up. George would not hear to me giving up and kept on saying that he would get it done and encouraging me. Sure enough by perserverance and shere tenacity, he sold my bike. He worked with me and the buyers in every possible way to get everyone where they needed to be and to be happy with the deal. If I ever bought another bike, or had any need to deal with a bike issue, I would not stop driving and never look back until I got to Altus, Oklahoma and was sitting in George's office at Altusmotor Sports. Ok i live near Amarillo Tx an i will never buy my bikes there cause they don't try an help you on the price.Called Altus Motorsport an got one cheaper then what they wanted if they had one. I even called down to Oklahoma city an George still bit there price an dont get my started on what they saved me on parts. Chad in parts is the man he gets my parts an ship them the next day. If you want a bike at the price you like call Altus Motorsports, Everybody wants to save some cash.

Joseph, I just got back from the Trip to Florida that I bought the 2010 FJR for. I put a total of 3200 miles on the bike without a hiccup. Tell George I am very pleased, it is everything he said it was. I gave the dealership the highest marks possible on the survey that Yamaha sent me. The larger windshield you installed for me is still a couple inches too short so I’m looking at aftermarket ones now. The heli bar riser worked out perfect for me, thanks for the recommendation. The J&M CB and MP3 system along with the headset you picked out and recommended was also great. I really appreciate all your input and assistance. The bike was great on the trip but I may end up getting a different seat too. I rode from Dallas TX to Pensacola FL (680 miles) the first day of the ride and my butt was definitely sore, but recovered rather quick. Rode about 525 the second day. Those were the longest days, took my time more coming home. The guys I ride with all ride Honda Goldwings and they were impressed. I did everything they did, just faster and cheaper !!! Where to start ?? I had a blown trany on my sons race bike, needed to be together by the following weekend for an AMA race.... Jon Nagy and the service crew, jumped way through the hoops and the bike was ready on Friday, the story doesn't end here........... Not only having the bike ready (ALL NEW PARTS) I met Joe (? I hope I got that name right) and Christie in sales while I was there. Joe sold me a 2012 350 SXF KTM so now I have a back up bike for my son. He didn't push me, I didn't feel pressured , I just asked him a question and then came Christie.............she saved me alot of money with my financing. She looked out for me with out me having to ask. This is the 14th KTM I have bought, my first from Altus Motorsports, I WILL BE BACK TO THEM. PERIOD!!!!!! ( My wallet sure wishes I would have went to them sooner) Besides all the above, where else can you go buy a bike and end up talking to the owner of the company working on the floor, moving bikes and straighting things up?

I was stranded in in the middle of Texas and these guys saved me. I was coming back from a 4,500+ mile ride from New Orleans to Wyoming and it was so hot in Texas that the tires ran down to the cords in Vernon, TX. I ride a BMW and there is nowhere to get tires in that part of Texas. A shop in Vernon recommended Altus Motorsports and even though they don't handle BMW they called around and found the specs for changing these tires. They sent a driver and trailer to get me to their shop. If you've ever been broken down in the middle of nowhere and everyone says they can't help you, you'll appreciate how special they are. Great People ! I'm actually from Amarillo Texas, we have have a KTM dealer here and one in Lubbock. Neither one of these dealerships had what I wanted, but neither did Altus Moto. The difference was Altus Moto went out of their way searching the waiver wire and communicating with the Ktm regional rep to find me two 2010 KTM 250 Sx's !! There were only four left in the whole country NEW, and they secured us two of them and with that all said, they still gave me a great price. It's Altus is three hours away from me in Amarillo, but I garauntee you , all my future bike purchases will be three hours away in a little town called Altus at Altus Motosports !! To make a long story short, tried dealing with the only Kawasaki dealer in Amarillo for 3 days and never could get a answer. I finally remembered a friend telling me about Altus Motor sports. Called them up talked to Wendy and in 20 minutes had a Voyager within $500 of what i had bugeted. Called the Amarillo dealer told them to forget it and he had the nerve to ask for another chance, told him to late Altus Motorsports sealed the deal. Made the nearly 4 hour trip on Saturday, bike was ready to go. THANKS!

Due to the infamous ice storm of 2010 we decided it would be a wise choice to buy a home generator. We know how important it is when you make a major purchase to spend the money wisely. There were all kinds of generators being sold out of the back of peoples pickup trucks and trailers in vacant parking lots. When something goes wrong who is going to be there backing up the generator made in China with those generators? Home with us went a Honda 6500is home generator. The neighbors who are farmers had their generators blaring out a steady droning noise all day and night. We got our HONDA home and it was a nice sweet low muffled exhaust tone. It was nice because it drowned out the blaring noise from our neighbors. As soon as we got it home we had whatever we wanted to help endure the power-outage. We had lights. Its amazing what a few lights can do when you have been sitting in a dark house with candles for almost 6 nights! We even could watch the movie Cars and we even had popcorn in the microwave! Camping out has never been so awesome! Joe our sales guy was great at explaining to my wife and myself and he sold us on the Honda! We do not regret it. Now in the future we have our investment standing by at the ready. Ryan was great explaining the operation and caring for our Honda. You will never go wrong with Altus Motorsports.

Purchased a white 2008 ABS GOLDWING from Eddie Neugebauer (George give Eddie a RAISE). I'm always leery purchasing from a dealer but Eddie has changed my mind. One word comes to mind HONEST I puchased the bike from out of state w/o seeing it in person. Eddie was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and as well as passing on photos and documentation on the bike prior to myself buying the bike. Awesome comfortable atmosphere without pressure. The whole crew is great. We got four bikes there and believe me when I say we saved between $500 and $800 per bike. That makes the travel well worth while. The guys out back were very helpful as well with pointers on maintenance and teaching the kids how to use the clutch. Wendy went out of her way to help us hunt down a specific bike. Shoya was patient with us in our decisions. Parts has always had what I needed. Always a good experience.

I purchased my 2007 goldwing from George after talking to all the big dealers......but NO ONE came close to the price and customer service that I got at Altus motorsports it was well worth the trip I made from Clovis NM at 250 miles. the best thing was SHOYA she is a KNOCK OUT what can I say knock you off your feet........I can say from my heart Altus is the only place you should buy from......Thanks to all the staff at Altus.....George

I was the first entry in the testimonials back in 2004 when I bought my 2005 TRX450R. This is the best dealership in the USA. I said in my comments last time I would buy my next one from George...well, I did it. Bought a 2007 TRX450R Electric Start...thanks you guys...worth the 600 mile trip just to see you again and get some of that great customer support everybody gets (not to mention you saved me a boat load of money too). Also, thanks out to the wonderful finance lady..she's only been there a year but she sure knows what she's doing and making a person feel at ease. (I really do work with explosives darlin..) WOW!!! Called Altus first person I talked to was George didnt know him from Adam.he said sure we can sell you a bike.didnt know at the time he was the owner. I told him I would get back to him called a couple of days later and got the deal rolling came in on a Saturday from a 187 miles away so i could set on a 1300 r and make sure it was what I wanted and signed the papers and he had it setting on my door step on Wednsday. where else can you get service like that nowhere I know.I will definetly be buying my next bike there.give out a big thanks to George,Berry,and Shoya they made the drive to altus well worth the trip.

George was the best. I was looking for a used trike priced at about 18 or $19,000.00. George tried to find 1 but at that price there was none to be had. We talked about new ones and got to a price we both could deal with in about 2 hours. I now have A new 2006 Honda Goldwing (Black) with a MotorTrike Conversion. The 3rd conversion done there. I spent about 3 hours in the Service Dept watching and talking about the conversion, and everything that was done to a Goldwing to make it a Trike. The men in the service dept. were great. I had my 600 mile 1st service done today on my VTX1300 at AltusMotorsports. I rode about 45 miles to get there and it was worth it. They were ready when I got there and finished the job in good time. They were about 50 Dollars less than the other shops I checked out for 600 mile first service. Everyone was eager to help and courteous. My thanks to Berry who went out of his way to give me a ride to Walmart to shop while my bike was being serviced. They were everything that thier Webpage said they were. Thier service is Top Notch and I plan to use them solely. I would recommend them to anybody. They also have a huge showroom with a great selection. Check em' out. They'll keep you rollin for sure. Keep it upright and between the dithches!

Super friendly, easy to deal with, take very good care of the customer. So far all contact has been first rate. I see no reason to think that will change in the future.

I was referred by an associate on the KLR650 forums. I contacted Wendy (AND six other Kawi dealers in Colorado, who got back to me 5 days later) and asked for a quote on a 2007 Kawasaki KLR650. Wendy got back to me within minutes, and e-mailed a quote within a couple hours. I drove 480+ miles from my home with my old truck and a trailer to pick the bike up, and even though I was grumpy (I was worn out from the drive) Wendy and your staff were cheerful, funny, and direct. They helped me load the bike, were super efficient with paperwork, responded quickly when I requested an owner's manual after the first owner lost the original, and just did a great job. So thanks Wendy and Altus Motorsports. If Kawasaki gets off its rear and builds a modern Dual Sport bike (read twin cylinder, 800cc, light aluminum frame, better brakes, and fuel injection) I'll buy ANOTHER dang bike and drive the 500 miles to pick it up. Why the heck don't you'all buy the local dealer here out and let Wendy run a GOOD dealership here in Santa Fe?

I purchased my royal star tour deluxe for a great price from George. Very friendly and easy to deal with no pressure to purchase. He gave me max trade in for my sight unseen honda 750 spirit loaded with extras, the key there is I know it was in good shape and told george it was without seeing the bike first offered a great trade in value. Then at no extra cost picked my trade in up, 60 miles away, and delivers my new bike to the house---sorry you just are not going to find that kind of service anywhere, says alot about George and his team at this dealership. Contacted the dealership online on a Thursday, was contacted by Phone on Friday, walked though the door at 9AM Saturday morning and picked up my bike. Right people, right price, right service. Altus motorsports will be taking care of my biking needs for as long as I ride, and if they seel wheelchairs I'll get that there too :)

I called Altus Motorsports on a Friday morning looking for a new silver Honda Goldwing and talked with George Nassaney. George didnt have one, but found one on Friday afternoon. Sent his driver to pick it up Saturday morning and one of his mechanics stayed overtime Saturday to do the setup, so we could pick it up that evening. As my wife and I were driving in from St. Louis to pick the bike up and couldnt get there by 3:00pm (closing time), he waited til we got there (about 6:00 pm) to deliver the bike. When I arrived and wasnt sure if I really liked the color, George pulled several other Wings outside for me to look at. When I asked if we would have to wait til Monday to take delivery, if I picked a different color, he said no, that hed try to bring a mechanic back in to do the setup now, so we could leave town immediately. Let me recap. I call Friday. He finds a bike. Saturday, he sends out the driver. Mechanic stays overtime to do the setup. George stays til 8 on a weekend night to make delivery, then tells me I can pass on the bike entirely or hell get another one set up for me that night. This is not to mention that the price was great!! Unbelievable!!!! Ive been a rider since 1967 and have dealt with a lot of motorcycle dealerships over the years. Frankly, I think Altus Honda is one of the premier dealerships in the midwest. I dont know how Altus service department does, but if the service in Service is anywhere near the service in Sales, this dealership is worth its weight in gold.or is that Goldwings??? Dear Altus Motorsports: I just wanted to say thanks for my great experience with your dealership when I purchased my Kawasaki ZX-10R last weekend. George actually sold me the bike over the phone. He was honest and professional and I had complete confidence in him. He didn't try and bullsh** me like the dealers out here in New Mexico. You guys saved me a ton of money and it was well worth the drive from New Mexico. Paul Kennelly also did an excellent job going over the details of the bike with me before we loaded her up in my truck. I wish I lived a little closer so I could have Paul perform the routine maintenance. The young lady that helped me pick out my riding gear was very helpful as well. She got me into a great helmet, gloves, and jacket. I forgot to get a card from her and can't recall her name. The kid behind the counter was also very helpful (sorry, forgot his name too). If I would have had more time, I would have had you guys install the frame rollers that he recommended. I will definitely purchase another bike from Altus motorsports and am already budgeting for one of your 2005 YZ 250 2-strokes. Hell of a bike.
